Abstract: |
Bias circuits currently used in RF power amplifier do not have precise response to compensate gain for device temperature. There is a need for a low cost fairly precise linear temperature compensation bias circuit that not only sets the nominal gain but also responds precisely to temperature changes within the amplifiers. |
